thanks for all the comments bro. um, my black widow is a 15.7lb, my total nv is 14.3lb. i have been working on keeping my shoulders square, i can keep them square the whole way, but i can lift it as much, so i turn my shoulders then bring them back square, but thats what im working on also. my league wednesday afternoon, its just sad how many solid 7's i leave.

For some reason I think everybody gets nervous on that 12th one...Even though I've had 17 300's I still get nervous after the 9th frame.....

timing is way off but it's summer time
and I want to save my energy up for winter leagues......Will get back to practicing
more next month to work on everything ...
September the Real Deal challenge starts and
I plan to bowl in it the first six tournaments which are all sports shots so
I hope I have my confidence back by then.... I see you're getting pretty consistent keep it up

yea my dad is in a better place right now,it was just too sad that he died,i didnt believe my mom cuz she plays jokes on me, so i belevie he wasnt moving anymore but why does he have to died now? WHY NOW? why does he have to die!

It's cool that your dad still gives you competition though! Very rarely when my father & I bowl does he win. He used to be really into it now he hardly has time for it. He has about a 176 average-used to ba about a 200 or so. Glad the wrist is better. Good luck and hang in there....don't worry...you'll get him!

Thanks for comment.......this is my 55th year of bowling and I still bowl 6 leagues a week and practice once or twice a month so I expect to bowl consistantly........but I do still have my bad nights ....
